The electric ball valve is mainly composed of electric actuators and balls. The cock body is a sphere with a rotation of 90 degrees. It has many characteristics, such as pressure resistance, temperature resistance, resistance, small flow resistance, long service life and wide application range.

Electric balls are different in high pressure, high temperature, or low pressure and low temperature environments. We should pay attention to the following points:
1 for low temperature and low pressure, the material does not need to be adjusted too much.
2 In the case of high pressure and high temperature, high temperature and high pressure resistant materials should be selected as electric ball valve materials, such as stainless steel, alloy, such materials can withstand high pressure and high temperature.
3. The inner parts of the electric ball valve need to be replaced to reduce the damage to the valve core. At the same time, it is advantageous to the flow of medium and avoids the coking and clogging of the electric ball valve.
When the electric ball valve is opened, some vibration-free machinery can be installed to prevent the internal structure of the valve core from being damaged when the electric ball valve is opened.
